Your satisfaction and confidence are our top priorities. If you’re not 100% happy with your purchase, we’re here to make it right.


Easy Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days from the delivery date to request a return or exchange.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags attached.

  • For hygiene reasons, underwear and shapewear items must be unopened and in original packaging to qualify for return.


How to Return or Exchange

  1. Email us at support@99peach.com with your order number and reason for return or exchange.

  2. We’ll provide you with a prepaid return shipping label (for US orders) or instructions for international returns.

  3. Pack the item securely and send it back within 7 days of receiving the return label.

  4. Once received and inspected, we will process your refund or send your exchange promptly.


Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive your return.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.


Exchanges

  • If you want a different size or style, simply let us know when you contact support, and we’ll guide you through the quick exchange process.


Defective or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at 99peach.customerservice@gmail.com with photos. We’ll resolve it promptly at no extra cost.
